ANUC has made investments of over $2m in training its own faculty. Since its inception in 2006, it has sponsored over 100 faculty for Bachelor, Masters and PhD programs in various fields in Engineering, Business, Science and Theology.
Research is vital to national and global prosperity, and is an important indicator of the stature of a university. ANUC secured an ISBN number that gives it the right to publish its own Academic Journal which was first published in November 2012.

ANUC is the only Ghanaian University in collaboration with the Ivey School of Business in Ontario, Canada, offering Business Case Studies based on real life situations both in class and at the yearly workshops taking place during summer at ANU.
ANUC has engaged in environmentally conscious projects in the field of air quality monitoring, sewage treatment, sanitation, solid waste management to create a more sustainable environment in Koforidua and aid Ghana in adopting green technologies.
The first Space Science Lab in Ghana to build a CanSat, an Amateur Ground station that made contact with the International Space Station and it received an ARISS-QSL Card certifying its contact with ISS and build and release a satellite into orbit (GhanaSat-1).
